As a service technician, John inspects our customers' homes and maintains their already-installed Thrasher equipment and systems. During these service appointments, he ensures all systems are working properly, any issues are addressed, and customers' homes are protected.
Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, John has spent the past 10 years developing his skills in inside sales. Throughout those years, he has improved his communication skills and is always looking for ways to evolve. John also enjoys assisting homeowners by providing valuable insights to fully understand and protect their homes.
When he is not at work, you can find John spending time with his wife and son. A fun fact about John is that he runs a YouTube channel about his fishing adventures along with his tips and tricks.
