As an Account Manager at Thrasher, Laurel speaks to customers every day, being their point of contact and helpful connection to move their project forward from start to finish. She works with the customer care team to provide daily hands-on service to customers, offering timely solutions to solve their home's biggest problems. In fact, she doesn't stop at answering questions over the phone, but instead goes above and beyond to ensure homeowners are taken care of throughout the duration of the project.
Laurel is from Virginia Beach, VA but grew up in Omaha NE. Laurel has extensive experience serving others, working previously within the healthcare field. She is quick on her feet to resolve challenges and is prepared to think out of the box.
When not at work, Laurel can be found spending time with her American Bulldog Pitbull mix, Larry. She enjoys playing sand volleyball and is always up for a trip to Linoma Beach on the weekends.
