Adam brings years of experience in the marketing field to the Thrasher team. Previously, he held marketing roles at ad agencies, and companies in construction software, financial services, and career college industries. Originally from Columbus, Nebraska, he now lives with his wife and two children. He enjoys going to his children’s sporting events, golfing, and working out in his spare time.
Adam is a driven and empowering leader who brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to our team. He is interested in the intersection of data and technology within the marketing space and is skilled in streamlining these operational functions. As the VP of Marketing, Adam is responsible for leading the marketing department and casting a vision for spreading Thrasher’s mission and goals.
While he has always been fascinated with the psychology behind marketing, Cieloha sees successful marketing as an understanding of people and conveying how what you have to offer can be truly helpful to customers. In Adam’s words, he approaches his role by “focusing on the customer experience and putting yourself in those shoes of how you want to be treated.”
