The TripleSafe sump pump offers the reliability and peace of mind you're looking for to keep your basement dry!

The TripleSafe is the world's most reliable pumping system, keeping your basement dry with triple the protection. A sump pump is a necessary element of a basement waterproofing system - and everything is fine until one of three problems occur, ultimately causing a flood in your home. Single pump systems face these three pump problems:

  • Pump failure. This can be due to a manufactures error or improper care of the system.
  • A single pump can't handle the volume in heavy, hard rainfalls.
  • Power failure.

The TripleSafe assures protection from all three problems by taking a proactive approach and setting your basement up for success. The TripleSafe is composed of three separate pumps, all of which have different functions. The following scenarios explain how the system will protect your home at all times from water.

How does the three-pump system work?

If Pump 1 fails: Pump 2 takes over

If Pump 1 can't keep up: Both Pumps 1 & 2 operate - a combined total of pumping up to 6,200 gallons per hour

If power/circuit breaker fails: Pump 3, a battery-operated 'UltraSump' takes over.

Curious to know more about the actual pumps within your sump pit? Look no further!

Pump 1 is your Zoeller M-53 1/3 hp Pump. It single-handily does the pumping most of the time. It is a reliable, efficient, smooth-running 1/3 hp cast iron pump.

Pump 2 is your Zoeller M-98 1/2 hp High Volume Pump. It is triggered to operate when either pump 1 fails or if pump one cannot keep up with the heavy water flow coming into your basement from heavy rainfall. When pump 1 & pump 2 work together as a team, they can remove up to 6,200 gallons of water per hour out of your basement! This larger pump will give you that "turbo boost" when you need it.

Last but not least, Pump 3 is an UltraSump Battery Back-up Pumping system. It is a direct current operated pump, which means if the power fails, the UltraSump turns on and is operated via battery power to remove water. The UltraSump battery and automatic charging system are both included!

Not only does a TripleSafe have triple the protection, but it also has several other unique features to be aesthetically pleasing and efficient at the same time. This product is in a unique figure-eight design that allows the three sump pumps to fit perfectly in the TripleSafe liner. It is also equipped with an airtight floor drain in case of a plumbing leak. This seal is created with a floating ball in the drain. The TripleSafe is also is equipped with the patented WaterWatch alarm. If water were to rise above the pump's operating range, the WaterWatch alarm sounds off, warning you that there is a problem before the damage occurs. We also place PumpStands at the bottom of the pit, ensuring silt and sediment don't block the flow to the water inlet on the bottom of the pumps. The pit's lid also has a knockout, which conveniently allows the dehumidifier to drain directly into the TripleSafe. To learn more about Thrasher's dehumidifier, click here! Lastly, the TripleSafe lids are easily removable to allow for easy inspection and service.
