In April the Midlands Business Journal featured David and his award. David was spotlighted for his innovative approach to the start-up and success of Foundation Supportworks. The article mentions how David saw a need in the supply end of the industry that was not being met and took on this mission with great success and also goes on to quote, “Foundation Supportworks sells the tools needed to fix foundations, bundled with in-house marketing services and advertising support; tools to facilitate better hiring practices; and software aids for bidding new work, organizing existing jobs and tracking tools.” “Customers pay for Thrasher's foundation stabilization products and they get the business stabilization products as an added bonus.”

The company is nationally known for coaching, training and support for Foundation Supportworks dealers and contractors from across the nation. They have roughly 100 loyal contractors in North America, and also one in South Africa that buy their products. The company employs 45 people. Services include, engineers, consulting, sales support, graphic design, video production and write training materials for Foundation Supportwork's business development programs.
