Thrasher Foundation Repair welcomes new opportunities for growth after the grand opening of an all-new facility in Lenexa, KS.

After moving from Grandview, MO, to a temporary location last fall, Thrasher Foundation Repair is eager to begin conducting business in their new Lenexa, KS location on 15601 W. 113th St.

Headquartered in Omaha, NE, Thrasher Foundation Repair began doing business in the Kansas City area in 2018 and then purchased the building in Grandview that housed Kansas City Master Companies in early 2019. Soon after the expansion, plans for an all-new facility immediately began early that summer.

Two years later, the team of 47 employees is anxious to move into their brand new 21,303 square foot space that stretches over five acres of land. “I couldn’t be more excited for our employees and the new opportunities that will come from this transition,” said Jeff Baron, General Manager of the Kansas City location. The all-new facility opens doors for greater amounts of business and increased training for new and current personnel.

The 21,303 square foot building is designed to scale all current business and future growth. It contains open office space, three conference rooms, a break room area, a hall equipped with 100 seats for training and company meetings, a warehouse facility, and ample room for parking. “It’s all about what this facility provides for our employees through morale and generating that excitement to come to work each day,” Baron said. “We’re thrilled to see how that contributes to the redefining experience our customers receive when they choose Thrasher”.
