I find I can trust Thrasher because of my current and past experience with basement repair, sump pumps, burying my out take lines from sump pumps and rain gutter. So wonderful to find trustworthy technicians like Jacob and Mercy who work very hard and have pride in their work. Jake, their boss even cared to bring them lunch because I live in the country and they could keep working. I am impressed with how cheerfully well they all worked together. No goofing around, these gentlemen worked very hard. Jacob and Mercy care about their quality product!

I appreciate being notified of arriving technicians with kindness and care. Call rep was very thoughtful and helped me signing documents and explaining my loan. Thank you!

Andrew Davis called to verify each step, even while technicians were here working. Jacob, Mercy, Jake and Andrew were all to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Everything went so smooth.

Jacob and Mercy identified how they could repair and fix additional cracks in my driveway and how it would benefit me to get all of it fixed while they were at my house. They seemed so cheerful and actually loved their work. Because of their concrete knowledge and willing to take on the extra work. Jacob and Mercy are extremally hard workers. Jacob and Mercy are so conscientious and cleaned up everything! They even helped haul off my left over pvc pipe. They are amazing!
