I debated. I would have given a 5 rating had Josh called me to say the crew would be late. I hope you stress to Josh that customer 's time is just as important as rest of the process. I'm sure he will do better next time.

Excellent, returned my calls

Crew was great, fast & friendly. Foreman Josh should have called me to let me know they would be late for install. My time is just as important as the project. I could have gone to work & gotten paid for the hours I waited around for either a call or for crew to show up. It wasn't a very impressive start to installation but once they got here, Josh bent over backwards to work around my schedule, so I do appreciate that. Hopefully, Josh will do better for next client.
