We had a unique problem that delayed our installation. Delayed a looooong time. Brian was the most understanding easy to work with rep of any business I’ve ever had to speak with. Honestly, you don’t see this kind relationship or service from companies anymore. As corny as it sounds it’s like talking to friends.
Sales Process
I do not like dealing with salespeople at all. Josh was the best I’ve had the pleasure to deal with. Honestly trustworthy and while selling his products legitimately make me feel like he cared about our house situation. Giving options and not just leading to the most expensive prices. A great guy.
