Tom Studer was excellent. Professional, polite, knowledgeable. Appreciated the whole presentation and solution proposal. Very thorough. Gave me great confidence that Thrashers was going to do it right. They did!! Thanks Tom!
Our Installation Crew
4-man crew- Lead Installer; Johnny Gorostiza, Mike the Production Manager and installers: Pablo and Diego. They called ahead, were at my home on time and did a great job. They were very respectful of our desire to keep our house as clean as possible during the repair process. They were polite, communicated well and performed their roles well. They were pleasant and courteous and nice guys. Thank you to that team! We appreciate you!
The Cleanup Process
The team did a great job of cleaning anything that may have gotten dusty or smudges on it. No materials were left behind .

What made you choose our company:

I had two bids. Pricing was comparable. Tom Studer was the difference maker. His proposed solution meant that my home was goes going to sustain less interruption and require fewer post repairs and costs to put things back together. His knowledge and comprehensive package and presentation was impressive. I appreciated his thoroughness. I got the impression that starts with ownership of the company and trickles down through the entire operation. Thank you to the entire Thrashers Team!
