Sales Process
Chris was wonderful and explained everything thoroughly to make sure I understood what he was talking about. Was very patience when I decided to have an Engineer also do a survey.
Our Installation Crew
They were the best very efficient and very accommodating as they had to remove some boards that would be in the way of the install. They went above and beyond in helping me out taking care of a messy situation for me.
The Cleanup Process
As I stated they were very efficient and there really wasn't much of a mess to clean up at the end. What there was they made sure that it was taken care of and not going to be a problem for me.

What type of work did you have done:

Installed beams in both front and back basement walls

What made you choose our company:

My biggest concern was price. Even though it was a lot of money you were still a few thousand cheaper than some and several thousand cheaper than others. Chris made me feel very comfortable and that I was dealing with a very trust worthy company.
