Sales Process
I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Ben, my salesperson, and let me tell you, he's not just a salesperson—he's a basement and driveway whisperer. Like the Mr. Miyagi of foundations and driveways. He was more than friendly and respectful, but the real magic began when Ben started explaining the technicalities of my issues and the products that could be a solution. Now, I'm no expert when it comes to driveway installations and street creep prevention, but Ben is. He has a way of breaking down complex concepts into bite-sized, easily digestible pieces of information. His explanations were so clear and engaging that I found myself genuinely interested in the science behind it all. Who knew that a conversation about concrete and thermal expansion could be so captivating? As we discussed the product and the installation process, Ben continued to sprinkle fascinating tidbits of knowledge, turning what could have been a mundane sales pitch into an enlightening educational experience. It didn't feel like a pitch it felt like a lesson. I work in CS and CX and I'd hire him as a leader on my team in a heartbeat. Take care of him, not just because he got the sale, but because he turned me into an advocate for Thrasher and that'll result in more than just my business but the business of others.
Our Installation Crew
From the moment they arrived, Eric and Jake exuded a level of professionalism and warmth that immediately put me at ease. They greeted me with big smiles and an enthusiastic handshake, instantly making me feel like their most valued customer. Their kindness was palpable, creating a friendly and positive atmosphere that is rare in today's world. They were in an out, left hardly a trace, and provided me with peace of mind just by the way they did their work.
