What made you choose our company:

Thrasher Foundation Repair sounded like a good company who stands behind their workmanship. My experience with the crews doing the work was good. Oz , Mike & Kendric were awesome! They were nice and friendly. Super helpful. Here are my issues: 1) The first crew who was installing the wall anchors was supposed to show up at 1:00 pm on 10/1/24, they actually arrived at 4:45 pm due to a scheduling conflict at corporate! Due to their late arrival the job was not done until 9:00 pm. 2) The second crew for the driveway repair arrived at 9:38 am on 10/23/24 , at least that is closer to me appointment time of 8:00 am. The driveway does NOT look good at all! The commercials on TV show that the lines are diminished and your driveway looks good. Unfortunitly, the lines on my driveway are not diminished and it looks terrible. This is not what I was expecting for the price I paid!
