This was a long-time rental home that was experiencing deflection. Saturated soils around the home foundation were causing wall failure on all three of her exterior basement walls.  Additionally, water was coming in through foundation cracks and through the cold joint, saturating the carpet and damaging the finished walls. To fix this issue permanently, our Denver crew got busy to install our PowerBraces to stabilize the foundation walls and install a full perimeter waterproofing system with WaterGuard and CleanSpace.
