The team began by waterproofing the full perimeter and connecting a lateral line to waterproof the floor. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was then installed to prevent moisture and mold growth. Lastly, PowerBraces were installed on three separate walls to permanently stabilize the foundation from moving inward, and can be tightened over time to return the walls to their vertical position.
