This homeowner was in the middle of a remodel, when he noticed that the living room had a bowl in it. Concerned about the home's integrity, and wanting to finish the remodel properly, he gave us a call to inspect the concrete slab underneath the carpeting.

Anthony found that the soil underneath the garage floor and the slab underneath the carpet were on poorly compacted soil which caused them to sink around the same position.
