Front Step Repair in Aurora, CO

This homeowner was worried about his step settling. He knew his HOA would want him to get it fixed sooner than later, and he was also worried about trip hazards. After the inspection, Jeremy found there was poor soil compaction around the home, leading to settling in his front steps and sidewalk. This also caused voids, leaving little to no support for the concrete slabs. Jeremy proposed we use our PolyLevel and NexusPro to lift the settled areas, fill the voids, and seal all the cracks and joints to prevent water from causing more washout.
