Patio Settling Repair in Castle Rock, CO

This homeowner was worried about water coming into his home because of his patio sinking. There was big gap between where the wall ended and where the concrete should lay. Mike found the front patio was settling towards the house due to poor soil used as fill under the slab. Mike took these findings back to the homeowner and together decided on a solution. We used our Concrete Protection System, including Polylevel to lift and level, and NexusPro to fill in the cracks and joints. Best thing about our products, is that they are waterproof, so they prevent any more sinking due to washout.
