Front Porch Repair in Centennial, CO

This family had lived here for several years and noticed their porch was getting worse and worse over time. They knew this issue would not fix itself, they started their research. They had a few bad experiences with contractors, but trusted our experience when they read the reviews. Anthony Salcedo, System Design Specialist, came out to meet with them. He did his inspection, and found that due to an abundant amount of moisture from bad drainage, the soil under the slab shifted. This caused the slab to start sinking and cracking. Anthony went to the family with these findings, and came up with a solution. We used Polylevel to lift and level the slab back into place, and NexusPro to seal the joints and cracks. These products are waterproof, so they will prevent any more washout in the future. The family is very happy with the outcome, and we know they have the peace of mind they deserve.
