Homeowners in Coffeyville, KS were looking for a solution to fix the bouncing floors in their historic home. Anytime somebody walked through the dinning room, the bouncing floors would cause their china to rattle. We were able to identify that the floor supports and loading-bearing walls were settling due to high moisture in the basement.
Thrasher installed SmartJack XTS and supplemental beans to support the floors. To help with the water we installed a TripleSafe and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.
