A longtime homeowner in Lohrville, IA was getting ready to pass their home on to their family. A System Design Specialist was able to identify that some of her foundation walls were starting to bow in. We installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors to permanently stabilize and straighten the foundation walls. The homeowner was extremely happy knowing that those walls were now protected, and the foundation was stable.

A homeowner in Mason, IA, needed some help with his crawl space. There were high humidity levels, so the crew encapsulated the crawl space to keep the moisture out and lower the overall humidity in the entire home.

Geo-Lock wall anchors are used to prevent any further inward movement of the wall, and can help straighten it back out over time. The Ultra Sump Pump will collect any water coming in and discharge it away from the home at a safe distance. There is no doubt Sharon has peace of mind of her forever home.
