This homeowner did not like the large gaps underneath her garage door and was worried about rodents getting in over the winter. They knew they did not want to replace it, so they gave Thrasher a call for a repair estimate. System Design Specialist, Anthony Salcedo, came out to meet with them. Anthony did his inspection and found several voids underneath the garage floor and an old attempt at mud jacking. This was causing the slab to sink in the middle and near the edges near the door. To fix this issue permanently, we used PolyLevel to lift and level all of the garage slab and caulked all joints and cracks with NexusPro. The homeowner was so happy with the entire outcome and there is no doubt she will not need to worry about her garage sinking again.  

This family had been in this home for 20 years and were not looking to move. They wanted this to be their forever home. They were having concerns with tripping hazards with their concrete sinking. They knew of Thrashers reputation and gave us a call. System Design Specialist, Tim Flathers, came out to meet with them. Tim did a full inspection of the drive, and noticed the slab had sunk down due to washout. When water gets under the slab, it can cause weaker soil and let the soil wash away. This leaves the slab with little to no support, and can cause the concrete to sink. Tim came back to the family with the findings and a solution. Tim proposed we use our PolyLevel to lift and level the slab back into place and NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints. The family liked the idea of this because they were looking for a permanent solution. We sent out our installation team and got started on the project. The family loved the finished product as they do not have to worry about sinking concrete anymore in their forever home.

We installed PushPeirs to secure the home from any more settlement and managed to lift it closer to it's original positioning. We then form fill under the slab with Pollylevel to prevent cracking of the slab.
