This homeowner was worried about new cracking in her garage. She rents out this home, but is thinking about selling it. She was concerned if she didn't get this fixed now, there would be more problems down the road. She had used Thrasher in the past, so she knew we would be able to install the products correctly, as well as have the best service and warranty to back up her projects. System Design Specialist, Tony Taylor, came out to meet with her. Tony inspected the area and found the back wall of the garage was built into a hill. The pressure from the hill pressing on the garage wall has caused the wall to fail. Tony took these findings and went back to the homeowner. Thrasher has a few products for wall failure, so after some deliberation on what product to use, the homeowner settled on Carbon Armor straps. These have the smallest profile to be able to maximize garage space, but will also stabilize the wall and can be painted in the future to have an even smaller profile. She loved the solution and there is no doubt she has peace of mind knowing her wall is stable. 

Billie wanted to be proactive about protecting her rental property. She wanted to pass it along to her niece at some point, but wanted to make sure the house is taken care of and in a better place than when she got it. Billie has used Thrasher for projects before and trusts that job to be done correctly. System Design Specialist, Tony Taylor, came out to meet with her. Tony did his inspection and found water was coming in along a cold joint and intruding into the basement. Tony also saw she had a partial system, so he came up with the best solution to Billie. We installed a Cleanspace to the areas where the water was coming in, and extended the previsouly installed WaterGuard. Cleanspace is out plastic, but durable, white tarp like material that is waterproof. This allows any water that gets in to flow into the WaterGuard. WaterGuard then allows the water to flow into a sump pump, which discharges the water away from the home. Billie was very happy with the end result, knowing she won't be passing along problems with the home to her niece. 

This homeowner had water in the basement a few times, but this time was different. This time it was so wet, he had to pull the carpet back and made the basement a mess! The homeowner had heard great things about Thrasher, so he called us up. Our System Design Specialist, Neil Kwiatkowski, headed out to meet with this homeowner to find the root of the problem. Neil found the water had been coming in from the floor joint. Neil proposed that install our WaterGuard System, which is a drainage channel that collects any water that comes into the basement, and sends to the sump pump. Neil also proposed we do concrete repair to his front and back back patios. This would ensure the concrete was level and would not let any water stream towards the foundation of the home. The homeowner loved this solution. He appreciated how much Thrasher cared about explaining this process to him, and even coming back over to explain it to his wife. The homeowner was impressed how above and beyond Thrasher went to take care of him, his family, and his home. 

A family in La Vista, NE is in their forever home but was concerned about their concrete. There was some major settlement in multiple areas allowing water to pool and uneven spots to form, creating tripping hazards. The Thrasher team started with using PolyLevel, an injectable foam to raise all of the spots where the concrete had sunk, bringing it back up to the original level. Then to prevent it from moving again, we applied NexusPro Joint Sealant to close up the cracks and joints.
