Reputable Foundation Repair, Concrete Repair & Basement Waterproofing in Otoe County, NE

Homeowners in Bushton, KS needed to have their foundation walls inspected. Our crew went out to the home and found that one of the walls had started to bow due to pressure from the outside. We installed PowerBraces giving the walls permanent stabilization. 

Customer in Syracuse, NE has lived in their home for more than 13 years always having to deal with water getting into the basement not allowing them to enjoying the space. This customer has a young family and he wanted to be able to finish the basement allowing him and his family to spend time there. 

After our inspection our crew noticed pooling of water around the home, and downspouts were bringing water closer to the foundation of the home causing his issues. We installed our RainDrop gutter covers preventing clogging and blockage to his gutters allowing water to flow through smoothly, and Downspout Extenders channeling the water away from the foundation of the home. 

This customer was very pleased with the work and is happy to have his problem solved to be able to now finish his basement without any worries of the water!

This homeowner was having an issue of water running towards her home. She figured it was from the how the concrete was sinking. She knew this was something she needed to address sooner than later, so she called Thrasher. She knew of our reputation and trusted we would get it done right the first time. System Design Specialist, Kyle Walter, came out to meet with her. He saw how the stairs leading to her home were sloped towards the foundation. This was causing the water build up and letting the water get into the basement. He proposed we use our Concrete Protection System by using our Polylevel to lift and level the concrete steps back into place. Also, using NexusPro to caulk around the steps and the bottom. This would prevent any water getting through, washing away soil, and letting it sink again. The homeowner was so happy with the finished project, and there is no doubt she does not have to worry about water intrusion or tripping hazards anymore. 

This couple was expecting their first child, but were concerned with the home they would be taking their baby home to. The walls in their home were starting to cave in and they knew they needed to address this before bringing home their baby. They called Thrasher because they saw our great reviews and that we were in their service area. System Design Specialist, Trevor Stokes, came out to meet with them. Trevor saw how the walls were coming in from the pressure of the soil around the home. He proposed we use our Wall Support System Geo-Lock Wall Anchors. These Wall Anchors are placed as plates on the wall and rods go through them horizontally into the yard. Over times they can be torqued and tightened to help the wall straighten over time. The couple was very happy with the end product of this project. They felt much safer bringing their baby home to a safe home. There is no doubt they have the peace of mind they need and deserve!
