Reliable Concrete Repair, Foundation Repair & Basement Waterproofing in Ozark, MO

This homeowner was having concerns with the brick of his foundation. He knew that concrete stairs to his home needed to be stabilized in order for the bricks to be fixed and to maintain property value. He called Thrasher and one of our System Design Specialists, Kyle Linback, met with him. He liked that Kyle had straight forward communication and a confident solution. Kyle saw that the stairs on the front of the home were tilting forward from washout under the slab. There was also other concrete on the driveway settling and cracks beginning to form. Kyle proposed to stabilize all the concrete and lift and level where needed using PolyLevel foam, and Nexus Pro to seal all of the joints and protect the concrete long term. The Poly foam is a great alternative to mudjacking, as PolyLevel is waterproof and will not wash away like mudjacking has in the past. This homeowner was thrilled how well this project was done and will no doubt be calling Thrasher for any other concrete leveling needs. 

This homeowner in Ozark, MO, was frustrated because the concrete on his driveway was uneven, preventing him from closing and sealing his garage door completely. As this had been a long-term problem bothering him for years, he decided to find a permanent solution, and he gave him a call.

System Design Specialist Zack Ray arrived on the scene to assess the damage and suggest a simple and quick solution to fix this problem for many years to come. Zack saw that there was poorly compacted soil for the driveway, so he used PolyLevel and Nexus Pro to seal the cracks and level the concrete. This process took two hours to solve this problem that was bothering the homeowner for years.

The homeowner was pleased with our work, and he was impressed with our speed. He is now able to close and seal his garage door without problems!

Kay had recently moved into her new home, but there was a problem - the driveway and sidewalk had not been maintained by the previous owners and were putting a big dent in the curb appeal. Two of the concrete slabs that butted up against the street were so deteriorated that they needed to be replaced, and the remaining slabs would be next if she didn’t do something soon.

Kay had seen Thrasher advertised on tv, and was eager to have us come out to assess the situation and provide her with some options for repair. To repair and protect the concrete around her home, we used PolyLevel polyurethane foam to lift and level the driveway and sidewalk slabs. Once the slabs were raised and stabilized, we sealed all of the joints and cracks in the concrete, preventing water from penetrating below the slab and eroding away the soil underneath. To address the stress and cracks caused by concrete expansion and contraction in hot and cold temperatures, expansion joints were cut and compression guard was installed. Lastly, after a good power washing, a coating of our SealantPro was applied to protect the surface of the concrete and extend it’s life.

Kay was so happy with the final result, and also pleasantly surprised at how fast our crew was able to restore her concrete (and peace of mind).

Eagle Lodge is a large hall in Ozark, MO and is owned by an organization that is extremely involved with their community. Unfortunately, the floor was supported by a failing system. The owner opted to have our teams replace the wooden beams with four 70-foot-long steel beams to ensure this doesn’t happen again. To guarantee the beams have reliable support, our team then installed the SmartJack system to give the floor the lasting structure it needs.
