System Design Specialist, John Mattox, came out to meet with them. During the inspection, John found their addition was settling due to washout and poor compaction. It had settled so much that several windows and a door were not working and one window pane had broken. John brought these findings back to the family, and together decided on the best solution. They decided on stabilizing the room and attempting lift with PolyLevel foam. The room was built on a patio slab and no footer, so the foam can help support from underneath. There is no doubt this family has the peace of mind they need without concerns of this problem ever getting worse. 

These homeowners were getting some water build up on the side of their foundation, which was leaking into the basement. They wanted to get the guest bedroom back in shape and usable for when people visit. They knew of Thrasher and knew of our great reputation, so they gave us a call. System Design Specialist, Tobias Conrady, came out to meet with them. Tobias did an inspection around the foundation, and found the water was coming in as a result of an ineffective exterior draining system. This led them into a conversation of installing Raindrop, which is our gutter covers. They fit most universal gutters and prevent debris, leaves, and twigs from getting in and clogging the gutters. They also talked about burying the downspouts. These both would help save maintenance time in the form of cleaning gutters and eliminating that hazardous activity. All together these come together to make sure the water does not build up around the foundation and seep into the basement. These homeowners were excited for this plan, and we sent out our installation team. There is no doubt they will not be needing to clean out their gutters or worry about water build up anymore. 

This homeowner was experiences settling in her driveway. She didn't like the look of the weeds growing up between the joints, and knew it was a tripping hazard. She knew Thrasher did quality work, so she gave us a call. System Design Specialist, Brent See, came out. Brent came out and met with this homeowner. Brent saw the settling on the old driveway and determined it was from voids under the concrete. Over the years, soil can shift, causing voids and less support for concrete to lay. Brent proposed we use our 2-Part Concrete Protection System. Polylevel would be used to lift and level the concrete back into place, and NexusPro to fill in the cracks and joints and eliminate water intrusion and weeds to grow. She loved this idea, and we sent out our installation team. The homeowner was so pleased in the end results. There is no doubt she is enjoying not having to worry about her driveway anymore.
