This homeowner was using his covered porch space as an exercise room, however he recently noticed that the floor was a bit unstable. He was concerned that he wouldn't be able to exercise in his room if he didn't try to it, so he decided to give us a call. 

We had System Design Specialist Daryn Britton look at the structure of the porch and determine what was causing the floor to feel unstable. Daryn found that the floor was unstable because there was not a strong enough support system underneath the porch. In order to fix this, Daryn suggested that the homeowner had SmartJacks and a new support beam installed. The homeowner liked this solution, so we had an installation team use these products to lift and stabilize the homeowner's porch. An animal burrowed under this homeowner's patio concrete, causing the concrete slab to sink. The homeowner noticed the animal running under the slab, and that the slab was a little unstable, so he decided to give us a call.

We sent System Design Specialist Spencer Johnson to inspect the concrete and determine how to fill the void the animal left under the concrete as well as how to prevent the animal from trying to burrow there again. Spencer found that the best way to do so is by lifting, leveling, and sealing the concrete with strong, nontoxic material that the animal couldn't break. He got right to work on injecting PolyLevel foam to fill the void, lift, and level the concrete, then he used NexusPro sealant to seal off the cracks and joints of the concrete.

These homeowners lived in their home for 20 years, and they decided they wanted to move in the next couple of months. While they were excited about moving and starting their new adventure, they were not prepared for the stress of selling their current home. This homeowner wanted to give his home to his daughter in the near future, but he knew that the basement was consistently wet. Wanting to ensure that the basement is dry for her, he read our online reviews and decided to give us a call.

We sent System Design Specialist Brandon Powers to inspect the basement and determine what was causing the water problem. Brandon found that water was seeping into the basement through the cold joint, but he knew just what to do in order to solve this problem. He talked to the homeowner, then called a team out to install full perimeter waterproofing solutions. The team installed WaterGuard Interior Drainage System and a full height CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to capture all the moisture and water, then redirect it to the sump pump so it would leave the basement. Also, the team installed a new PolyWell so that the homeowner didn't need to worry about his old one causing problems in the future.

After looking at the AC units' concrete pad, he thought the only solution would be to break out the concrete and repour a new pad for the new units. AJ say that the soil underneath the AC pad concrete and the connecting sidewalk had eroded over the years, leaving an enormous void underneath it. While he was shocked by the size of this concrete void, AJ knew that he could stabilize it, so he discussed this option with the homeowner. The homeowner was skeptical at first, as this was a massive void under his concrete, but after hearing other options, he gained confidence that we had the right solutions for him. We sent an installation crew to use PolyLevel foam and NexusPro joint sealant to lift, level, and seal the AC pad concrete as well as the sidewalk.
