Dara was growing frustrated with the unstable concrete in front of her porch. The surface became unsafe for her friends, family, and other visitors.

We sent System Design Specialist AJ Lavoie out to the home to provide a free inspection and explain how our solution would solve this issue. We used PolyLevel Foam and Nexus Pro Joint Sealant to lift and level the concrete back to its original position and to seal future moisture out from being able to wash out the soil underneath the concrete.

This homeowner in Larchwood, Iowa was tired of the damp, musty 'basement smell' that many homeowners are familiar with. We were able to use a 2 stage WaterGuard DM on the wall that was supported with anchors. This made a huge improvement in the value and structure of the home.
