Thrasher Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Homeowner Doug noticed his front porch walkway dropped a few inches, creating a major tripping hazard. He saw a few Thrasher TV commercials and called us to come out and inspect. Design System Specialist Zach Hodges went to his home to figure out a solution for his concrete problem. After inspection, Zach found the front porch walkway concrete had dropped about 3 inches and also found very large voids from the side of the front porch and the garage approach. After looking at these problem areas, we determined to use PolyLevel to lift and level and then use Nexus Pro to seal the joints. Doug was so happy with the results he recommended us to his brother to repair his concrete as well!

This Homeowner was experiencing coughing and headaches caused by mold and water damage in the basement. She reached out to Thrasher to install a waterproofing solution for the basement. We installed our perimeter waterproofing system along with CleanSpace to seal out water and lead it to the TripleSafe sump pump and away from the house. 

This homeowner noticed some voids in the driveway after bouncing a basketball. After further inspection, they also found some cracks in the corner of the garage and the walkways. System Design Specialist Sheldon Sharp went out to their home and recommended using Nexus Pro Joint and Crack Sealant to fill the voids in the driveway, the walkway, and the garage. There was no longer a tripping hazard and the homeowner was thrilled the garage was filled and had peace of mind it wouldn't crack anymore.

We sent System Design Specialist Tyler Paulson out to inspect. We ended up lifting and leveling the concrete with our Polylevel system. The Polylevel concrete leveling system was the perfect option for this job because it's waterproof, cures quickly, and will efficiently fill cracks and crevices in the soil. After leveling, we then sealed up the controlled joints with our Nexus Pro to prevent any water and rocks getting into the joints. Matthew was so happy with our work and timeliness that he started thinking of other areas we can come back out and help fix. 

Kenneth Rozell reached out to Thrasher to help turn his vacation home, into a permanent one. The house is located at the bottom of a hill, where water constantly runs down and into the foundation of Kenneth's home. Because of this, there was water coming through the cold joints and flooding the new addition that was added on. Working with Kenneth, we came up with a solution to help waterproof his home, and prevent the dreaded sound of water coming in. By installing clean space and water guard along the wall as well as a sump pump system, we were able to give the Rozell family some peace of mind.
