Thrasher Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Anita was in desperate need of some waterproofing for a rental property in Enterprise, KS. She wanted a permanent solution that would work and not require upkeep and decided to give Thrasher a call.

System Design Specialist Jon Graves went out to the home and was able to identify that water was coming in through one of the walls. The crew waterproofed the whole basement by installing a full perimeter WaterGuard and encapsulated the walls with CleanSpace. Anita was thrilled never to worry about waterproofing again!

System Design Specialist Mike Lutmer went out to Meghan’s home for a free inspection and explained how our concrete solution would help her driveway and prevent water from pooling. First, we used PolyLevel and lifted the concrete as much as 5 inches in some spots. Then we used NexusPro Sealant to seal the cracks and joints so no more movement would occur.

Ann and her husband are homeowners in El Dorado, KS, where they plan on living out their future. The appearance of their driveway had bothered them for a long time, and they weren’t sure if it was best to replace it or have it repaired. After walking Ann and her husband through the process, they opted to have our crews install our 2-part concrete protection system that consists of our PolyLevel and NexusPro solutions. PolyLevel is positioned first by injecting the concrete lifting foam beneath to fill the voided areas and level the surface. After the concrete is level, our NexusPro sealer is applied to all cracks and control joints to prevent water from infiltrating in the future and causing similar damage.

Ann and her husband couldn’t have been more satisfied with the results of our concrete solutions. Their driveway was now ready to stand the test of time for their forever home in El Dorado, KS. 

Daniel was worried about his current sump pump, it had been running more often than it should have been, and wanted to make sure that it was running correctly. The current sump pump was not performing at the highest capability due to age and Daniel decided to go with a new system. Once the new pump was installed Daniel was thrilled to have peace of mind knowing his basement would not flood.
