System Design Specialist Todd King went out to Connie’s home. He was able to identify that the front step done dropped a significant level and recommended using PolyLevel to fix the steps. The crew injected the concrete with PolyLevel raising the step back up the original height. Connie was extremely pleased that the step was no longer a trip hazard.

Homeowner Ed S. was growing concerned about his concrete. He has been noticing that the stoop is settling and sinking away from his home. Looking for concrete raising solutions, he gave Thrasher a call.

Service Technician Andrew Davis went out to Ed’s home. He was able to identify that to stop the concrete from settling and moving away from the home, the cracks needed to be closed. We started with lifting the settled concrete with PolyLevel, bringing it back up to the original level. Then to close the joints and cracks, we applied NexusPro Joint Sealant. Then, a TripleSafe sump pump was installed to drain the water effectively outside. To conclude the project, our team buried the downspouts on the exterior of the home to prevent any water from building up against the foundation walls.
