This customer realized that one of his walls started pulling away from his house and was worried that the problem was going to cause extensive damage to the house. We discovered that settlement combined with the way the wing wall was built caused the wall to pull from the house. This issue also compromised the home's second-level deck. We stabilized this home's foundation by installing five push piers at the corner of the home. Our team cleaned out the old caulking which was challenging because it was so hard it was almost like cutting out concrete.
