This homeowner's front porch has been settling and slowly sinking for over 15 years. It's a brick facade on a poured wall with footing. Because of this, the approach and steps have sunk as well. To fix this, we installed 6 helical piers on the outside corner of the porch and between the steps and inside corner. In addition, we lifted the stoop using PolyLevel so it slopes away from the house. 

This homeowner has an issue with animals living under the driveway and wanted the voids filled without having to replace the concrete. After taking a look at the issue, we decided to apply our three-part concrete repair solution. This homeowner's insurance company told her she needs a new handrail for her front steps, which led her to call Thrasher.
