Sidewalk Refresh in Omaha, NE
This homeowner was constantly worried about themself or someone else tripping and hurting themselves on their sidewalk. The concrete was unlevel and had large cracks. Front Step Concrete Repair
This home's front steps, walkway, and driveway were all settling due to a lack of support in the soil. To fix it permanently, we installed PolyLevel, a polyuretherane foam we inject beneath the concrete slabs to lift and level the concrete back it its original position. We then used NexusPro to seal the joints and ensure water can not penetrate the surface!
Replacing old gutter covers in Sioux City, IA.
This customer was told that the old gutter covers she had would not clog but they still did. She was not able to climb up to the gutters to unclog them so she needed a solution that will actually not clog. We recommended installing our raindrop gutter covers to prevent clogging and still take in all the run-off water from the roof. She liked our 15-year warranty and that we will come out to check them every year with our annual maintenance program.

This fixed his concrete without having to replace the entire driveway.
Hydrostatic Pressure in an Iowa Basement
At first glance, this might look like your everyday basement. But if you take a closer look, you can see cracks in between the cement blocks and a white, chalky substance known as efflorescence, AKA a clear indication there has been water in your basement. After inspection, we realized hydrostatic pressure was the culprit. To waterproof, we installed a vapor barrier, an interior drainage system, and a sump pump to keep water out!
