Waterproofing in Grant City, MO

Homeowner Jeff wanted to find a home in this community and knew that it would need some improvements.  He wanted to start by stabilizing and protecting the homes foundation .

System Design Specialist Shane McClintic visited the home to provide a same day free estimate.  We installed Waterguard to protect the home from water in the basement with Cleanspace around the perimeter for maximum protection.  We added a Triplesafe sump pump that eliminates worry even when the power goes out and installed Powerbraces on each wall to permanently stabilize them.

Concrete Repair in Elkhorn, NE

These homeowners wanted to use their patio more and entertain guests. But all over their patio, the concrete was sinking and settling, causing several tripping hazards. That's why they called Thrasher to fix it. Our very own Chad Williams visited the home to inspect the concrete and propose a solution. He found the control joints on the patio were never sealed. Which had allowed water to compromise the integrity of the soil under the concrete slabs and cause an uneven walking surface.

To fix, we used PolyLevel foam to lift and level. Then we used NexusPro joint sealant to prevent water from entering. The customers were happy with the results and are excited to host get-togethers with NO tripping hazards!

Crawlspace Repair in New Hampton, MO

Homeowners Becky and Will recently moved into their new home and wanted to make sure they protected it so that it was safe and protected for years to come.

System Design Specialist Shane McClintic visited the home and was able to find a solution that the customers were confident in.  We used Smartjacks to stabilize the main interior beam in the crawlspace, then added drainage matting, Cleanspace encapsulation and Sanidry Sedona to protect the home from moisture and humidity throughout.

Crawl Space Encapsulation in Bonner Springs, KS

This homeowner called us with concerns of radon vapor in his crawl space. He was interested in encapsulating to control the moisture content and bring down the radon levels. Bobby Bartow, a System Design Specialist at Thrasher, visited the home to see what was going on. Upon inspection, he found the crawl space had a dirt floor with walls showing signs of moisture. Moisture in a crawl space can come from many different areas including the ground, the base of the foundation, as well as the walls themselves.

After showing the homeowner his options, he decided to encapsulate his crawl space with CleanSpace. Not only will this keep moisture from getting into the crawl space area, it will also provide a vapor barrier which could reduce the levels of radon on the lower level of his home. We also went ahead and upgraded his sump pump to the TripleSafe sump pump so he doesn't have to deal with his basement flooding.

Sidewalk repair in Springfield, MO

This home had nasty tripping hazards on the sidewalk alongside the house. The homeowners wanted to repair this to maintain the property value of the house.

We used PolyLevel to lift and level the sidewalk concrete and NexusPro to seal all the joints and cracks after lifting. It was a difficult lift on the sidewalk and it turned out great.
