Basement Water Problem Solved in La Cygne, KS

These homeowners were renovating a new-to-them home and they wanted to ensure that the home was dry when they were ready to sell it down the line, as well as for the time in which they were living there. They knew that there were already water problems, so they wanted to get it solved as quickly as possible.

We sent System Design Specialist Daryn Britton to inspect the home's basement to determine what was causing water problems as well as design a solution that would prevent water from getting into the basement. Daryn found that water was coming in through the wall and that their sump pump had failed, meaning that nothing was solving the water problem. The homeowners wanted this problem fixed quickly, so they asked Daryn to fix the problem in the next week. Daryn called out one of our installation teams, and they got straight to work on installing a full perimeter WaterGuard Interior Drainage System alongside a full height CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to fully waterproof the basement. After that, the installation team installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump System to get water up and away from the basement as well as a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to help prevent any humidity or moisture from building up.

The homeowners were very pleased with the outcome and the look of the systems that were installed as well as the timeliness of the process. Check out all of the waterproofing systems that were installed!

Basement Waterproofing in Clearwater, KS

This homeowner had a tremendous amount of water coming into her basement every time it rained. Her children's' rooms are in the basement and the walls had started to smell and show signs of mold growth. After looking into options for fixing her basement problems online, she decided that our professionalism and help with financing was her best option to fix her basement.

We sent System Design Specialist Jon Graves to inspect the basement water problem and determine what was causing water to get in as well as suggest solutions to keep the basement dry and free of mold. Jon found that water was coming in from the cracks in the walls and through the cold joints. There was existing waterproofing in place, however it wasn't functioning very well. After talking to the homeowner about a full perimeter system and a solution to prevent mold, the homeowner was very excited for her installation appointment. One of our installation teams went out to this home and they utilized WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and a TripleSafe Sump Pump System to keep the full basement dry all the time. Then, the installation team utilized a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to keep the basement humidity low and prevent mold growth and allergies.

The homeowner was relieved that her basement was a functioning space and that the allergies and humidity in her home would improve. Check out the newly waterproofed basement!

Irrigation Well Cement Slab Lifted in Axtell, NE

This land owner was worried that washout would cause the cement to crack which was holding his irrigation well. If this were to happen, his irrigation well would collapse which could floor his field. Unsure of how to fix this before damage was done, he decided to give us a call. We sent System Design Specialist Brian Keller to inspect the cement pad and determine where the cracking had a chance to form. Brian found that the recently poured slab was not properly compacted, resulting in a large amount of washout and an exposed void under the slab. After seeing this issue, Brian went to discuss how to solve this with the landowner, and they scheduled an installation appointment. Our installation crew came out to this field and utilized PolyLevel foam to fill the void and stabilize the cement pad. After the property owner saw the final project, he was satisfied with the work that was done as well as confident that his cement would be permanently stabilized. Check out the stabilized cement!

We sent System Design Specialist Beau Morris to inspect the front steps and determine what solutions we could offer to fix the tripping hazard.
