The job was done exactly like the salesman explained. The job was done in a professional manner. Your foreman stepped from the truck with a smile, introduced himself and crew. Observed the job they went to work. Finished in record time. Left no mess. Worked well together. My daughter and I were impressed. I appreiated your foreman patience in answering our many questions. Also expaining tightening the anchors with the torque wrench.

From estimate to completion, all did outstanding, quality work with courtesy and full explanation. I can't say enough about Greg's leadership, Andy and Shean for their hard work and expertise. Absolutely requiring this work and allowing you to do it was a quality investment. I'm proud to have chosen you over the others.

Had a great meeting today with CJ from Thrasher.  He called twice to touch base before the meeting, arrived on time, was very clear on everything he was doing, and very kind towards my dad.  Gave my dad his cell for him to text him some questions, which is his only way to communicate anymore so that’s awesome.  Just wanted to let you know.

Just a note to tell you how please I am with this project. It went as smooth as it could possible have. It started with the salesman who did a great job and answered any question I had. Your office did a great job communicating with you. You actually got there a day before you said you would. The crew you sent was excellent. There were very efficient and answer any questions I had.
