Our front steps walking up to the front door had settled and been that way for years. I was always worried someone would end up hurting themselves, especially when it's icy. Thrasher exceeded our expectations 100% and I was very surprised how well our project turned out. 

I Felt Thrasher is professional and was going to do a good job. Also, were going to stand behind the work. Don't get it fixed now, it will cost more in the future. We choose Thrasher to fix the buried downspouts because we have done our waterproofing with them. We also purchased a sedona from Them. All of the work that they have done with us, we are satisfied with. They also stand behind the work that they do.  When the service tech first came out, it was to do warranty work on the sedona unit. After checking the unit he determined that a replacement unit was covered under warranty. Also before leaving, he did a full home inspection and found that all of the downspouts could be buried. Doing the downspout burial will be our Christmas gift to our self and would make yard work alot nicer.  

We are putting a new deck on our back patio and wanted to make sure the concrete was even before we put that in. Thrasher showed up on time, answered all of our questions, performed amazing work, and were very professional from start to finish.

I had some water coming in through the walls of my crawlspace. I knew I could call Thrasher. I'm so thankful that they worked with me and I now know I can always call them in the future if I need anything else.

Our sump pump was not able to keep up with our current water flow in the crawlspace. So the water vapor from the standing water was soaking into the wood. This caused the support beams to become weak, which then caused the floors to sink, which then caused large cracking in the drywall throughout our home. It was a huge snowball effect. We called Thrasher because we knew we could trust them in their work, their solution, and their warranty. They provided us with the protection we didn't know we needed.

I was very happy with the crew and the results I got on the pier system. Now, I have a little less stress on the settlement issues of the house!

We had several bids before and some coming after, but still chose Thrasher. Even without a price match, We just really appreciated the way the crew went about doing business. Over all, we were very pleased. they couldn't install one of the anchors because we had their driveway just recently replaced and didn't want to disrupt it. However, the guys were very hard workers. Some of the best.
