I noticed my floors were unlevel in the dining room, kitchen, and living room. My house was built in the 1800s so this instantly concerned me. Thrasher visited my house, addressed the issue, and when they finished, I could not believe the difference I felt walking across my floors!

I had some water coming in through the walls of my crawlspace. I knew I could call Thrasher. I'm so thankful that they worked with me and I now know I can always call them in the future if I need anything else.

Our sump pump was not able to keep up with our current water flow in the crawlspace. So the water vapor from the standing water was soaking into the wood. This caused the support beams to become weak, which then caused the floors to sink, which then caused large cracking in the drywall throughout our home. It was a huge snowball effect. I was very happy with the crew and the results I got on the pier system. Now, I have a little less stress on the settlement issues of the house!

Over all, we were very pleased. they couldn't install one of the anchors because we had their driveway just recently replaced and didn't want to disrupt it. However, the guys were very hard workers.
