It is expensive, but the crew starting with my salesmen, Austin, to the project manager, Seth, and his team of Jorge and Carlos were fantastic. Lifting the footing of my attached building was one of the smoothest operations that I have seen. All personnel worked in sync. There were no wasted motions and everything went perfectly. We have a 5 stall garage that was bowing in, and had used Thrasher for the house many years ago.  Because of this past experience, we wanted them to look at the garage. Thrasher beat the price from another quote we had gotten and the warranty was better. The inside and outside was as clean as before they started.

About 10 years ago, we began to notice problems with our foundation and settling of the house. This was evidenced by elongated cracks in the ceilings and walls, foundation walls, and in the cement floor of our lower-level room. The problems had been worsening over the years.  The initial and ongoing clear, direct communication was great. Very friendly, and efficient staff.  The workers were very attentive to minimizing damage to our lawn, landscaping and retaining walls. The clean up was excellent.

I was extremely happy with the service I received through the whole process. Bob did a great job showing me what needed to be done, giving me options and recommended a path for me to take. The installation crew did a fantastic job and left my house clean and in better shape then when they got there. They were all very respectful.
