It was a delight dealing with Carl. He explained things well, answered all my questions, and was very professional. The best thing is they cleaned up after themselves: no pop cups, cans, sunflower seeds, cigarette butts, anythiing. WE have seen it all.  We were impressed by employee conduct. Communication with the customer is what locks up the ability to excel and you have found the key! The emails prior to work date and the phone call saying they are on their way. Thrasher doesn't leave the customer wondering which end is up! Salesman Bob knew his stuff. He isn't out there selling widgets when he really only has whatnots.   Seems like Thrasher has a pretty tight ship!  Which is good given the business you're in!

The whole process was explained in detail and in advance. Nothing was done without explaining each step as the job progressed. The installers were exceptionally courteous and neat. I have never seen a better cleanup.  My son will be moving in a month; he and I will have a discussion about your services before he moves in.

Thrasher had done previous projects at our place that had left me very satisfied with their workmanship and professionalism.  I've had three projects completed now and would definitely recommend Thrasher.  

I picked Thrasher because of their reputation, their TV commercials, and because they were recomended by the Mayor of Milford, NE. The two men who worked on my basement were courteous, polite, friendly, and explained the procedure before and after the work was done.  They arrived on time and completed the installation fast and satisfactory, and returned all the digging back to its natural appearance.  I would give them and the initial sales person, Deon, a five star rating, with five being the best.

Thrasher was very easy to work with and everyone that I did work with was extremely helpful and very courteous.  I was extremely impressed with their thoroughness and how pleasant they were. I was very impressed with how careful and clean the crew was and how well done the work was done. We liked the convenience of not having to tear up our yard, and not having to move the air conditioner or power lines. I will definately recommend Thrasher.

Your crew did a GREAT job and a good price and did a few small extra finishing touches as well.  I am happy with the work.

We saw TV advertising and also saw the booth at the Atlantic Home show. Work was done in a timely manner and project in basement garage was completed in 3-4 hours. Installed I beam support to provide improved weight bearing.  By installing beam with two support posts enough lift torque was made which eliminated cracks in our dining room wall and ceiling.  The plastic drop cloths kept our garage from getting dusty and the workmen cleaned up the area very well.

We had some shifting of basement blocks and it was recommended I contact Thrasher.  They have a good reputation.  The workers were efficient and neat.  You could hardly tell they were there.  Everything was cleaned up quite well.  The anchors are guaranteed so the wall will not continue to move in.

I am very satisfied with Thrasher Basement.  The technicians were very good and addressed my concerns.

Mike Spencer(design specialist) did a great job diagnosing the problem and did not pressure us. We came up with a workable agreement.  I was not in house when the work was done, however, there was no dust or dirt left behind.  My husband stated that they did a wonderful job of hanging cloths, floor mats etc. to prevent and dust or dirt problems.I was pleasantly surprized and would not have known the crew was even there if I hadn't seen the results.  Thanks to the great employees who did the job.

We saw Thrasher advertised on TV and have heard good things about them from people in our community.  The two gentlemen, Daniel and Julio, who did our basement were friendly and did a terrific job.  I was impressed that my yard showed very little disturbance from the holes that were dug.

We cannot express how generous Thrasher has been in our situation.  We are in the process of selling the house and needed the work done immediately.  They were able to rearrange schedules to get all the work done in a week and a day, that is beyond amazing!  I give credit to Deon for getting the process sped up for us.
