We were very impressed with our introductory visit from Kate Spielman. She did a thorough job of answering questions, explaining what was necessary to solve our problem, and providing a quote. We received explicit instructions on what our responsibilities were prior to installation which made it easy to get ready. On the day of the installation, your crew was punctual, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Each person that we dealt with throughout the entire process - the receptionist, the sales representative, the crew chief and each of the crew members - was friendly and professional.

We selected Thrasher for several reasons. First of all, their very informative commercial on TV is what led me to recognize that we even had a problem. Second, the pre-appointment materials were extremely helpful in preparing ourselves for the appointment. Finally, the several calls I made to the office with questions were by far the most incredible customer service I have ever experienced. In fact, I told my husband even before our appointment that I wanted to work with this company because the office staff was so great. So, I could only believe that the rest of the team would be just as great. As expected, the job went very well and of my questions were answered. I loved that as the work was being done the various stages were explained. This gave me comfort that my husband and I made the right decision. Thanks for the most wonderful experience.

I wanted to compliment and commend Barry for the excellent service he provided in servicing our two sump pumps. He is always professional in his manner and very thorough in his explanations when communicating with us! I love that he takes off his shoes and the great customer service! Barry calls before he comes and is always on time. I believe Barry should be complimented for his effort and hard work as an employee of Thrasher. I also want to note that my husband is a university professor @ the College of Business and he will be using Barry and Thrasher in his lectures in a HIGHLY POSITIVE LIGHT! To me there is no other name in the business. It's a no brainer!

The staff at Thrasher is always very helpful and on top of everything! Joel is one of those rare individuals who knows his product and shares that knowledge, but at the same time is sensitive to his customer's needs, concerns and anxiety. Mel and his crew were very courteous. They understood the procedures and did the work in a very professional manner. In addition, I was very impressed with all the "covering up" of my belongings that was done; therefore, eliminating as much dust as possible.
