I was referred to Thrasher from a friend who is a realtor.  The Thrasher crew arrived and we made sure we were all on the same page about the work to be done, the location of the sump pump and where the discharge pipe would be located.  After our conversation they got right to work.  I was not able to be at home while most of the work was being done, but received a call when they were done and came home to a spotless house with all the work completed.

We were very impressed with our introductory visit from Kate Spielman. She did a thorough job of answering questions, explaining what was necessary to solve our problem, and providing a quote. We received explicit instructions on what our responsibilities were prior to installation which made it easy to get ready. On the day of the installation, your crew was punctual, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Each person that we dealt with throughout the entire process - the receptionist, the sales representative, the crew chief and each of the crew members - was friendly and professional.

We selected Thrasher for several reasons. First of all, their very informative commercial on TV is what led me to recognize that we even had a problem. Second, the pre-appointment materials were extremely helpful in preparing ourselves for the appointment. Finally, the several calls I made to the office with questions were by far the most incredible customer service I have ever experienced. In fact, I told my husband even before our appointment that I wanted to work with this company because the office staff was so great. So, I could only believe that the rest of the team would be just as great. As expected, the job went very well and of my questions were answered. I loved that as the work was being done the various stages were explained. This gave me comfort that my husband and I made the right decision. Thanks for the most wonderful experience.
