Basement Waterproofing & Drainage Before & After Photos

This Homeowner was experiencing coughing and headaches caused by mold and water damage in the basement. She reached out to Thrasher to install a waterproofing solution for the basement. We installed our perimeter waterproofing system along with CleanSpace to seal out water and lead it to the TripleSafe sump pump and away from the house. 

These homeowners have been living in their home since it was built. After doing some plumbing work, they noticed they were having a moisture problem. They knew they would need to get to the root of the problem, so they called Thrasher. System Design Specialist, Jeremey Scott, came out to meet with them. Jeremey surveyed the area and found the crawlspace was not sealed and the moisture that seeped in caused a humid environment. Together, the homeowners and Jeremey, decided on a drain line, TripleSafe Sump Pump, Sedona, and full encapsulation. With all of these products installed, it would ensure the level of the humidity in the crawlspace would stay low, and they would not have to worry about mold growth! These homeowners want a dry basement, all of the time. They're tired of dealing with water issues that are coming from foundation joints and from the wall. Thrasher was recommended to these homeowners and we installed WaterGuard, CleanSpace, and a TripleSafe sump pump, creating a waterproof basement! 

Erin V. was having trouble with their sump pump working correctly. They missed their annual maintenance and needed to a quick fix before it rained again due to fears of causing damage to their home.  So, they decided to call Thrasher Foundation Repair.

Service Technician Ryan Allen arrived at the home and was able to see high amounts of sediment in pits. We installed 2 new sump pumps and also put a new battery in for the battery backup system. The team also clean out the pit and removed any debris and cleaned the area to ensure optimal operation for the systems. We were able to provide this customer a peace of mind knowing the system was back up and running again.

Dave noticed he had water in his crawl space and wanted to have his crawl space become a storage space for his wife to use. He didn't know who to call but then saw a commercial on the television showing him what we can do. He called and had one of our System Designers come out to his house to give him a free quote. The System Designer told Dave that we would have to encapsulate his crawl space which means we would put vent covers which would stop the cold from coming in. Second we would remove all the standing water that would be left in the crawl space. Then, we would repair the structure and finally encapsulate the crawl space. Dave was very happy with the work that was done and his wife was happy that she got to put her things in the area.
