We had Thrasher Foundation Repair help us with water in our basement. They came out and tiled around the walls in our finished basement. This worked until a heavy rain came up through cracks in the middle of the basement floor. It was nice to deal with a company that guarantees their work and follows through with their promise to take care of you. They worked quickly, with limited dust and cleaned up after themselves. I love how this company is so family oriented. They made sure that everyone in our home, including our son, was included in the issues in our home, as well as the solutions. He wasn't pushy, just gave me the facts and gave me time to make my decision.  The staff kept me informed and did exactly as they said they would. It hasn't been long, but we can already see the product is placing things back into position.

The crew was very tidy; wasn't expecting things to look so clean once the job was finished. I was very appreciative of that. The foreman explained each step and was very helpful and reassuring. I appreciate Eric taking the time to explain the issues we were having and the fixes for each of them in wording we were able to understand.  I have nothing negative to say about this company.
