I waited until today to write this letter to thank you and your company for installing one of your basement systems in my home. With the rainfall last night I no longer suffered any gushing water, drips or even a dribble. The sump pump is almost silent. I was relieved to go check the room where I had a problem to find it neat and dry.

It leaks in my basement when it rains or the snow melts. The Thrasher crew is here finishing up as I write this. They are doing a fabulous job. It is quite an undertaking but the workers sure know what they are doing. I was anxious before the job was to start. The Team Leader, Julian, came first that day to answer my questions and concerns. His crew members came shortly after that and all three guys started work right away. I was amazed at how much they are doing in such a short time. Now I will be able to use my basement and enjoy it. Our basement walls were bowing. The team of Aaron and Jose were very pleasant and professional. They arrived on time, worked until the job was just right, fully went over what they had done and what should be done to keep the walls in good order.  Answering all of our questions. They left our basement and outside areas clean with the grassy area smooth and grass seeded. These men are a great asset to your organization. The office staff was also a pleasure to work with.
