Cracking Driveway in Erie, CO

This homeowner was done with mudjacking. They had gotten their driveway done and a year later their problems were back. They wanted a permanent solution that could address the cracking and sinking of their driveway. Not only was this a trip hazard, but they saw it as an eyesore. They knew of Thrasher and how we offer permanent solutions. They liked the idea of our PolyLevel and knew we would stand behind the work that was completed. One of our System Design Specialists, Rob Griffin, went out to meet with them. He explained that due to loose fill soil, the concrete on the front of their home was experiencing the sinking and cracking. Rob proposed we use the waterproof PolyLevel foam to lift the sinking concrete, as well as Nexus Pro to fix the cracks, and a compression guard to reduce the street creep cracking. The customers loved how the PolyLevel was waterproof, and would not wash away after a year like mudjacking. They also were very happy with how the crew completed the work as promised. There is no doubt that these homeowners have peace of mind for all of the concrete in front of their home.

Beautiful Omaha Sidewalk

This home's sidewalk had wide joints that were only getting wider. This is concerning because water can penetrate those joints and create more problems. Our NexusPro sealant is the perfect product for this issue. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that can withstand harsh weather conditions.

Sinking Walkway Stabilized in Silver Lake, KS

These homeowners were having many projects done around their home and they wanted their front entrance to be one of them. We had System Design Specialist Mike Schmidt head out to this home to see what the problem was with the front step and determine what solutions we could offer to fix this problem. Mike found that the entire walkway had settled from the driveway to the front porch due to soil erosion creating small voids underneath the concrete. He sent for an installation team to use his design to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete starting from the driveway until the front porch. One of our installation teams came out to the home and utilized PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to effectively lift, level, stabilize, and seal the concrete just as Mike had designed. The homeowners were very happy with the end results saying that it turned out better than they ever expected. Check out the newly stabilized walkway!

Concrete Walkway Voids Filled in Soldier, KS

This homeowner was tired of her dogs sneaking under the walkway next to their home. She knew that we are a reputable company serving her area, and she really liked what solutions we had to offer, so she decided to give us a call. We sent System Design Specialist Mike Schmidt to inspect the concrete walkway in order to determine what happened to the walkway and design a solution to fix the problem. Mike found that there was a large settlement problem with the walkway and that huge voids had formed between the concrete and the soil. This problem was partially due to rain and washout of the soil, but the dogs started making it worse when they dug under the soil. After reviewing the problem, Mike designed a solution to lift and level the walkway, then seal the concrete from having problems again, and the homeowner loved the sound of that. One of our installation teams came out to this home and utilized PolyLevel foam and NexuPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the concrete walkway. The homeowner was so happy with the final results stating that the crew did an amazing job. Check out the concrete walkway repair!

Irrigation Well Cement Slab Lifted in Axtell, NE

This land owner was worried that washout would cause the cement to crack which was holding his irrigation well. If this were to happen, his irrigation well would collapse which could floor his field. Unsure of how to fix this before damage was done, he decided to give us a call. We sent System Design Specialist Brian Keller to inspect the cement pad and determine where the cracking had a chance to form. Brian found that the recently poured slab was not properly compacted, resulting in a large amount of washout and an exposed void under the slab. After seeing this issue, Brian went to discuss how to solve this with the landowner, and they scheduled an installation appointment. Our installation crew came out to this field and utilized PolyLevel foam to fill the void and stabilize the cement pad. After the property owner saw the final project, he was satisfied with the work that was done as well as confident that his cement would be permanently stabilized. Check out the stabilized cement!
