Concrete Repair Services Before & After Photos

This homeowner was concerned about parts of his driveway sinking. He decided that it was time to lift it and fix it before he would need to rip it out and start over, so he gave us a call. 

We sent System Design Specialist Brandon Headrick to inspect the driveway and come up with a comprehensive solution to lift and protect this homeowner's concrete. Brandon noticed that the cause of the concrete sinking was water that was pooling in sports of the concrete and weakening the soil underneath it. This homeowner was concerned about the cracks on his concrete right next to his home's foundation. He saw us doing work for a neighbor, and so he decided to give us a call to see what we could do to help his concrete problem. 

We sent System Design Specialist Travis Hickman to inspect the concrete and see what was causing the cracks. Travis found that the concrete had settled roughly 2 inches and the cracks were caused by this. The soil underneath the concrete had eroded, leaving a void for the concrete to settle into below the surface. Being familiar with concrete repair, Travis discussed that this could be fixed and the homeowner was very happy. This homeowner was in the middle of a remodel, when he noticed that the living room had a bowl in it. Concerned about the home's integrity, and wanting to finish the remodel properly, he gave us a call to inspect the concrete slab underneath the carpeting.

Anthony found that the soil underneath the garage floor and the slab underneath the carpet were on poorly compacted soil which caused them to sink around the same position. Bobby found that the soil under the front porch steps had been eroding overtime and the soil was no longer able to support the weight of the steps. The steps then broke free from the porch and began to pull away from the home as their weight was not supported. Although this situation was difficult, Bobby and his team knew just what to do. They got to work utilizing PolyLevel foam to lift the stairs to their original position, then they utilized NexusPro Cracked Concrete Repair to seal the cracks and joints of the stairs.
