It's a lightweight and waterproof foam that protects against soil washout and future sinking. Our NexusPro sealer was then applied to all cracks and control joints to prevent any water infiltration near the home’s foundation. Because of the weight of the front step, we also had to utilize our slab jacking technique to guarantee a proper lift and achieve a perfectly level surface.
