Concrete Repair Services Before & After Photos

Robert L. is a proud homeowner in Waynesville, MO and wasn’t content with the appearance of the concrete around his property. The walkway leading to the front door wasn’t sealed properly, the front stoop had multiple cracks, and the driveway had large voids from the concrete settling. Robert was familiar with Thrasher’s reputation and dedication to providing a quality solution, so he gave us a call to come inspect his concrete.

To begin the project, System Design Specialist Miles Bearden arrived in Waynesville, MO to undergo a full inspection of the surrounding concrete. The customer opted to have us install our 2-part concrete protection system that consists of our PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealer. PolyLevel is installed first by injecting it underneath the concrete to fill the voids and level-out the surface. NexusPro is then applied to all cracks and control joints to permanently prevent any water from entering and causing further damage.

Robert was pleased with the outcome of the project and gave Thrasher a five-star review. He was thrilled to have his concrete looking flush and protected in order to stand the test of time.

Homeowners Rich and Greta C. were having problems with their driveway. Concrete slabs were sinking, and cracks were forming and over time it kept on getting worse. Worried about the appearance and the effect this would have on their home, they decided it was time to see what concrete repair solutions were available. System Design Specialist Michael Romanek went out to their home in Papillion, NE to start with an inspection. He was able to see that there was settlement and cracking due to a drain spout that was dumping water onto driveway, causing the soil to wash away. We were able to fix this by leveling the driveway with PolyLevel, bringing the settled areas back up to the original level. Then we closed and sealed the joints and cracks with NexusPro Joint Sealant. To protect the driveway, we also applied SealantPro to the whole driveway. All of the downspouts were buried, so they would drain away from the driveway.

 Rich and Greta were extremely pleased with the outcome and glad they didn’t have to replace any of the concrete!

Homeowner Ken H. was struggling with this side patio on his home. There was major settlement occurring in 2 spots and it was affecting the space. He has been redoing his home and was ready to fix the concrete. Looking for a concrete repair solution, he decided to call Thrasher.

We sent System Design Specialist Sam Frei out to Ken’s home. Upon inspection Sam was able to see that the patio was settling in two different ways, away from the home and down the middle, which caused a crack to appear. We were able to repair the concrete by lifting the concrete with PolyLevel. Then we repaired the cracks and sealed the joint with NexusPro Joint Sealant. Ken was happy with the final look of the concrete and excited to be able to use the space again!

Melodie H. recently purchased this home in Overland Park, KS and wanted to repair the concrete before it was to get any worse with time. With the summer season approaching quickly, she wanted all the concrete surrounding the pool repaired and fully functional. She gave Thrasher a call and we came out to inspect the problematic areas.

System Design Specialist Lukas Popp arrived at the Overland Park home and presented to Melodie our concrete repair solutions. She opted to have us install our 3-part protection system that consists of leveling, sealing, and protection. PolyLevel is injected first beneath the concrete to lift and level it, permanently. NexusPro sealer was then applied to seal all cracks and control joints to prevent any water from seeping through in the future. Lastly, SealantPro was sprayed to cover the surface and protect it from any stains and deterioration.

Melodie was thrilled with the appearance and effectiveness of our 3-part Concrete Protection System. She was happy to have Thrasher be able to provide multiple concrete solutions to take care of all her concerns in one project. We were able to restore her peace of mind give her the confidence she needs to enjoy her new home.

New homeowners Alex and Rachel H. were looking to fix their concrete patio and make sure the necessary repairs were done, to prevent any future problems for their home. Ready to start spending time on their back patio, they decided to give Thrasher a call to learn more about our concrete repair solutions.

System Design Specialist Shane McClintic went out to Alex and Rachel’s home. During his inspection, he found the patio was setting toward and against the back foundation wall. This was causing the concrete to be uneven and crack. Water was also draining towards the foundation. The concrete was also putting a lot of added weight against the foundation wall. From the weight of the soil and pressure from the concrete, the foundation wall was starting to bow in. Shane also identified the crack on the front of their driveway was from street creep.

The crew installed channel anchors to stabilize the foundation wall. Then the patio was lifted and sealed with PolyLevel and NexusPro Joint Sealant to close up the joints and cracks, also making the whole area level again. To help the front driveway, CompressionGuard was also installed to prevent street creep from expanding their driveway. Alex and Rachel were thrilled with the end result and extremely pleased with the knowledge of the crew.
