Dan was looking for a company that would fix his basement problem correctly at a good price. We were able to fix his bowing walls using Geolock Anchors. Dan has some water damage in the same space. We were able to use a 2 stage WaterGuard DM on the wall that was supported with anchors. This made a huge improvement in the value and structure of the home. 

The customer's house was built around an old foundation. The original foundation is from the 1880's and is made of stone. The additional foundation was putting weight on the stone walls and causing them to fail. There was 6 inches of deflection on the wall. We used Everbrace because of the severity of the issue. The wall failure was to the point that this was our only option.

Our crews began by installing our compression guard system in the driveway to stop the street creep from putting pressure on the foundation. Then, GeoLock wall anchors were installed to stabilize the foundation and return the walls to their original position. Our WaterGuard interior drainage system and CleanSpace waterproof barrier were installed last to ensure the basement stays dry year-round.
