Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

This couple in Malcolm, NE have an old barn on their property that they would like to keep standing. The barn had some severe foundation issues, so our team came in and took care of them. We installed a number of products to keep this structure upright, including a push pier, helical piers, a Geo-Lock wall plate, and a Geo-Lock Earth anchor. Now this column is straight and stable. 

This homeowner has noticed some stair step cracking on the corner of her garage and became worried. After taking a look at the damage, our team assessed that the corner had settled. To repair this issue our team installed two helical piers and lifted the corner of the garage about 1/4". Now this garage is safe and stable. 

This customer has already had one side of their foundation repaired and wanted to fix two more to keep their forever home in great shape. The problem was that both the west and south walls were deflecting. We stabilized these walls by installing PowerBraces to them.

His home has a walkout basement and the two perpendicular retaining walls that are attached to the foundation are starting to show signs of failure. This is happening because of the years of absorbing hydrostatic pressure. Our crew installed anchors on both retaining walls to stop the movement and try and push them back into their original position. 

This homeowner uses his basement as an office and has become worried that the walls are coming in. Our team discovered that the walls were deflecting due to pressure. To repair the wall, we installed our PowerBrace foundation support system.
